Capital Advice llc ("Capital Advice") owns and operates this Web site (the "Site").
Capital Advice provides investment banking services primarily to companies with annual revenues between $5 and $50 million. It operates this Site for its benefit and the benefit of its affiliates: Capital Brokerage llc, an Arizona licensed real estate brokerage; and Capital Advice Financial Group, which handles the administration of the securities-related activities of its securities licensed employees.
